There is a section of Uploading a product catalog in your profile. Go to your Profile → Tap on My Business/es → Click on your Business Profile → Product Catalogue → Upload your Product Catalogue.

Zyapaar displays connection suggestion of people who belong to your industry. The system shows you suggestions of Zyapaaris who Buy your products or Sell raw material/products/ services you need. These suggestions are based on what you have entered under What you Buy and What you sell under your profile. Zyapaar also suggests connection of Zyapaaris from your city from different Industries.

Users, who want to buy your products, can get connected by sending you a connection request. You can see these requests in Connection → Connection Requests.

Yes, You can. Zyapaar allows you to add multiple Businesses from your own user account. You can add your Businesses in My Account → My Business/es → Add Business.

Yes, multiple users can manage business on behalf of the single entity. Any new user of same business will have to register using same Tax Credentials ( GST/Udyam Aaadhar/Pan) as the first member. The first member of company will get notification to add the user to the Team which once approved will allow new user to actively use Zyapaar.

Lead tab shows:

1. What I quoted on someone's Buy Post.
2. Inquiries on my Sell Post.
3. Inquiries on the Product Catalogue I uploaded.
4. Comments on my Sell Post.
5. Conversion of a conversation from Chat to Lead.

The default status of a Lead is FRESH LEAD. You have the flexibility to update the status based on the progress of the conversation, whether it is ORDER RECEIVED, ORDER DISPATCHED, ORDER CLOSED, or LEAD REJECTED.

You can also VIEW that Post, CHAT with that businessman and SET REMINDER of your preferred time with Description.

Prospect Tab

Prospect tab displays Buy posts created by your connections who are interested in products you are selling.

To convert a conversation to a Lead:

1. Mobile App: Hold onto the message → Tap the "Move to Lead" button in the upper right corner.
